雨课堂在临床护理教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的研究雨课堂在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月-2020年1月临床护理专业学生100名,随机分为对照组、观察组各50名,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用雨课堂模式,观察教学效果。结果观察组学生的教学效果评价(应用雨课堂教学效果提高、课前预习和课后复习有助于学习、师生之间的互动有助于学习效果的提升、雨课堂有助于学习效果的提升、对雨课堂教学更为喜欢)明显优于对照组(P<0.05)曰观察组学生对教学能力的评价(自学能力得到大幅度提升、师生间交流得到增进、学生积极性与主动性增加、分析问题与解决问题的能力得到提高、新信息的接受和应用能力)明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理教学中应用雨课堂,学生对教学效果以及教学能力的评价均较高,效果显著。 Objective To study the application effect of Rain Classroom in clinical nursing teaching.Methods 100 clinical nursing students were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 50 students from April 2019 to January 2020.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the rain classroom mode to observe the teaching effect.Results The evaluation of the teaching effect of the observation group students(application of rain classroom teaching effect improvement,pre-class preview and after-class review help learning,the interaction between teachers and students help improve the learning effect,rain classroom helps to improve the learning effect and prefers rain classroom teaching)was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of the observation group's teaching ability(self-study ability has been greatly improved,and the communication between teachers and students increased students’enthusiasm and initiative,improved problem analysis and problem-solving abilities,new information acceptance and application capabilities)were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rain classroom in clinical nursing teaching,students have higher evaluation of teaching effect and teaching ability,and the effect is significant.
