摘要
目的探讨胸外科护理临床实习中分阶段目标教学法的应用效果。方法选取100名胸外科实习的护生,时间在2017年10月-2018年10月期间,按照随机数表法分组,对照组(n=50)采用传统带教方式,观察组(n=50)应用分阶段目标教学法,分析教学前后理论知识成绩与实践操作成绩。结果观察组教学前理论知识成绩与实践操作成绩与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)曰教学后观察组理论知识成绩与实践操作成绩相较于对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胸外科护理临床实习过程中应用分阶段目标教学法效果较好,可有效提升教学质量,提高理论知识成绩与实践操作成绩。
Objective To explore the application effect of phased goal teaching method in thoracic surgery nursing clinical practice.Methods Selected 100 nursing students in thoracic surgery internship from October 2017 to October 2018.They were grouped according to the random number table method.The control group(n=50)adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group(n=50)applied the staged goal teaching method to analyze the theoretical knowledge and practical performance before and after teaching.Results There was not statistically significant difference between the observation group's scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operations before teaching and the control group(P>0.05);the score of theoretical knowledge and practical operations in the observation group after teaching were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical practice of thoracic surgery nursing clinical practice,applying the staged goal teaching method is effective,which can effectively improve the quality of teaching,and improve the academic knowledge and practical performance.
