神经内科护理教学中不同带教模式的应用与效果分析

摘要 目的探讨神经内科护理教学中不同带教模式的应用与效果。方法将2019年1-6月该院40名实习生随机分为A组、B组、C组、D组,每组10名,每组分别采取情景模拟教学模式、翻转课堂教学模式、目标教学法模式、传统教学模式4种带教模式,各1周,对实习生进行教学,对比4种带教模式参试成绩及满意度。结果B组考试成绩最高,其理论分数、实践分数和综合分数分别为(90.9±2.6)分、(90.3±1.8)分及(90.5±1.9)分,A组与C组、D组较差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实习生满意度方面4组排名如下:B组、A组、C组、D组。结论4种不同带教模式中,翻转课堂教学模式下实习护士的考核成绩最好,实习生满意度调查表的分数最高。情景模拟教学模式、目标教学法模式在带教成果方面不分上下,仅次于翻转课堂教学模式,但实习生满意度调查表中反映情景模拟教学模式比目标教学法模式更受实习生们喜爱。传统教学模式在考核成绩和实习生满意度上均表现不佳。提示可以在医院及科室普及和推广以上3种教学模式,尽量避免采用传统教学模式。 Objective To explore the application and effect analysis of different teaching modes in neurology nursing teaching.Methods 40 interns in the hospital from January to June 2019 were randomly divided into group A,group B,group C,and group D,with 10 people in each group,and each group adopted situational simulation teaching mode,flipped classroom teaching mode,target teaching method mode,and traditional teaching mode for one week each.Interns were taught,and test score and satisfaction of the four teaching modes were compared.Results Group B had the highest test scores,with theoretical scores,practical scores and comprehensive scores of(90.9±2.6)points,(90.3±1.8)points and(90.5±1.9)points respectively,followed by group A and C,and group D had the lower scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the four groups in terms of intern satisfaction were ranked as follows:group B,group A,group C,and group D.Conclusion Among the four different teaching modes,the practice nurses taught under the flipped classroom teaching mode have the best assessment results,the intern satisfaction questionnaire scores the highest.The simulated teaching mode and the target teaching method were no different in terms of teaching results,second only to the flipped class room teaching mode.The intern satisfaction questionnaire reflected that the scenario simulation teaching mode was more popular than the target teaching method.The traditional teaching model performed poorly in terms of assessment results and intern satisfaction.It is suggested that the above three teaching models can be popularized and promoted in hospitals and departments,and try to avoid using traditional teaching models.
