基于临床路径的教学方法在内科护理学中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的分析临床路径的教学方法在内科护理学中的应用效果。方法于2019年1—12月选取52名护理专业学生为研究对象,奇偶法划入实验组(n=26)和常规组(n=26)。在内科护理学教学中,常规组行常规教学法,实验组行临床路径的教学方法,对比教学效果。结果实验组学生的理论知识、实践操作及自我基本能力评分均高于常规组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生的教学方法满意率是96.15%,常规组学生教学方法满意率是69.23%,实验组的满意率较高(P<0.05)。结论内科护理学中临床路径教学法的使用,可增强学生知识与技能掌握程度,提高学生的教学满意度。 Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical pathway teaching methods in internal medicine nursing.Methods Select 52 nursing students in this major from January to December 2019,and divide them into the experimental group(n=26)and the routine group(n=26)by the parity method.In the teaching of internal medicine nursing,the conventional teaching method was used in the conventional group,and the clinical path teaching method was used in the experimental group to compare the teaching effect.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical operation and basic self-ability of the experimental group students were higher than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of students in the experimental group was 96.15%,the satisfaction rate of students in the conventional group was 69.23%,and the satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of clinical path teaching method in internal medicine nursing can enhance students'knowledge and skills mastery and improve students'teaching satisfaction.
