专业护理小组在糖尿病患者护理管理中的作用

The Role of Professional Nursing Team in the Nursing Management of Diabetic Patients

目的观察在糖尿病患者管理中专业护理小组的应用效果。方法将该院于2018年8月—2019年8月期间就职的医务人员20名作为观察对象,分为观察组(n=10)实施专业护理小组,对照组(n=10)实施常规管理,对比观察两组管理质量合格率及考核成绩评分及患者护理服务满意度及管理有效率。结果观察组满意度数据相比于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理有效率相比于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理质量合格率、考核成绩评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者管理中应用专业护理小组具有显著作用,可提升管理质量合格率及其有效率。

Objective To observe the application effect of professional nursing team in the management of diabetic patients.Methods 20 of medical staff employed in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were taken as observation objects.Which were divided into the observation group(n=10)implemented a professional nursing team,and the control group(n=10)implemented routine management.The two groups were compared and observed of management quality qualification rate and assessment scores,patient care service satisfaction and management efficiency.Results Compared with the control group,the satisfaction data of the observation group had statistically significant differences in superiority(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the management efficiency of the observation group was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The pass rate and assessment scores are higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of professional nursing team in the management of diabetic patients has a significant effect,which can improve the qualification rate and efficiency of management quality.
