PDCA循环管理模式在骨科护理管理中的运用研究

Study on the Application of PDCA Circulation Management Model in Orthopedic Nursing Management

目的探讨在骨科护理管理中应用PDCA循环管理模式的临床价值。方法选取2018年8月—2019年8月在该院骨科病房进行患者管理工作医务人员30名,平均分为研究组与对照组,各15名,对照组医务人员采取传统管理模式,研究组医务人员采取PDCA循环管理模式,观察两组医务人员病房管理标准度、A级管理合格率,急救物品准备度以及常规物品消毒情况等。结果研究组医务人员的病房管理标准度高于对照组病房管理标准度、研究组A级管理合格率高于对照组A级管理合格率、研究组急救物品准备度高于对照组急救物品准备度、研究组常规物品消毒情况高于对照组常规物品消毒情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理模式应用于骨科患者的管理中能够提高医务人员的工作质量。

Objective To explore the clinical value of PDCA cycle management in orthopedic nursing management.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,30 medical staff in the orthopedic ward of the hospital were selected for patient management,and they were divided into the study group and the control group,each with 15 people.The control group medical staff adopted the traditional management model,and the study group medical services adopted the PDCA cycle management mode,and observed the ward management standard of the two groups of medical staff,the A-level management qualification rate,the preparation of first-aid supplies,and the disinfection of routine supplies.Results The ward management standard of the medical staff in the study group was higher than that of the control group,the A-level management qualification rate of the study group was higher than the A-level management qualification rate of the control group,and the preparation of first aid supplies in the study group was higher than that of the control group;The disinfection of routine items in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management model applied to the management of orthopedic patients can improve the quality of medical staff's work.
