层级护理服务体系在妇科肿瘤护理管理中的应用及研究

Application and Research of Hierarchical Nursing Service System in Gynecological Tumor Nursing Management

目的探讨层级护理服务体系在妇科肿瘤护理管理中的应用。方法选取2017年4月—2019年4月该院妇科82名临床护理工作人员,根据护理方式的不同分为两组,对照组采用常规护理服务体系,研究组采用层级护理服务体系,比较两组护理人员在实施不同干预后对护理工作质量的影响。结果干预后对照组护理人员的护理文书质量(94.65±4.95)分、特殊护理能力(91.63±3.66)分、护理安全度(96.45±3.17)分、操作技术能力(95.76±4.35)分评分均高于对照组护理文书质量(88.25±4.68)分、特殊护理能力(85.42±3.76)分、护理安全度(90.66±5.63)分、操作技术能力(90.83±3.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度95.1%高于对照组80.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科肿瘤患者采取层级护理服务体系护理取得了满意的效果,能够提高护理人员在临床工作中的护理质量,增加了患者对护理的满意度。

Objective To explore the application of hierarchical nursing service system in the nursing management of gynecological tumors.Methods A total of 82 clinical nursing staff in the department of gynecology in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group adopted the conventional nursing service system,and the research group adopted the hierarchical nursing service system.The effect of group nurses on the quality of nursing work after implementing different interventions.Results After the intervention,the scores of nursing staff in the control group(94.65±4.95)points,special nursing ability(91.63±3.66)points,nursing safety(96.45±3.17)points,and operational technical ability(95.76±4.35)points were higher than those of the control group.The quality of nursing documents(88.25±4.68)points,special nursing ability(85.42±3.76)points,nursing safety(90.66±5.63)points,operational technical ability(90.83±3.13)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction degree of the study group 95.1%was higher than the control group 80.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical nursing service system for gynecological cancer patients has achieved satisfactory results,can improve the nursing quality of nursing staff in clinical work,and increase the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
