人性化护理管理对产科护士工作积极性和满意度的影响

The Influence of Humanized Nursing Management on the Work Enthusiasm and Satisfaction of Obstetric Nurses

目的分析针对产科护士开展人性化护理管理对于提升其工作积极性及满意度的临床价值。方法选取2017年1月—2019年9月该院产科20名护士,以人性化护理管理开展时间(2018年1月)为标准分组,管理前为常规护理管理,2018年1月起开展人性化护理管理,对比管理前后产科护士的积极性与满意度。结果管理后护士的工作积极性、满意度评分均高于管理前,且管理前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护士在健康教育、护理操作、基础护理、病历书写、专科护理等方面的护理质量评分均高于管理前,且比较中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科护士的管理中运用人性化护理管理,可有效调动护士的工作积极性,并提升护士的满意度和护理工作质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of humanized nursing management for obstetric nurses in improving their work enthusiasm and satisfaction.Methods Select 20 nurses in the obstetrics department of the hospital from January 2017 to September 2019.The standard grouping was based on the development time of humanized nursing management(January 2018),and routine nursing management was used before management,starting from January 2018,humanized nursing management was adopted,comparing the enthusiasm and satisfaction of obstetric nurses before and after management.Results After the management,the job enthusiasm and satisfaction scores of the nurses were higher than those before the management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the comparison before and after the management;the nursing quality of the nurses after the management in health education,nursing operation,basic nursing,medical record writing,specialty nursing,etc.were higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in comparison.Conclusion The use of humanized nursing management in the management of obstetric nurses can effectively mobilize nurses’enthusiasm for work,and improve nurses’satisfaction and quality of nursing work.
