无缝隙护理管理在泌尿外科护理管理中的应用价值

Application Value of Seamless Nursing Management in Nursing Management of Urology

目的分析无缝隙护理管理在泌尿外科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取82例泌尿外科患者作为研究对象,患者均于2017年5月—2019年5月入院,分为两组,常规组38例,实施常规护理管理;观察组44例,实施无缝隙护理管理。对比两组的护理质量、护理满意度。结果观察组护理人员的护理质量各项评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科的护理管理中应用无缝隙护理,能够使护理人员的各项护理质量评分得到提升,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of seamless nursing management in urological nursing management.Methods A total of 82 urological patients were selected as the research objects.The nurses were admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019.They were grouped two groups,38 cases in the routine group and routine nursing management;and 44 cases in the observation group,adopted seamless care management.Compare the nursing quality,nursing satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff.Results The scores of nursing quality of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patients satisfaction of the nursing staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless patients in the nursing management of urology can improve the various nursing quality scores of nursing staff and improve nursing satisfaction of nursing staff.
