PDCA循环管理模式降低基层医院压力性损伤风险的效果研究

摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环管理模式在降低基层医院压力性损伤风险中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月—2019年10月该地区某家基层医院临床存在压力性损伤风险的78例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各39例,其中对照组患者均给予临床常规护理,观察组患者均在对照组基础上采用PDCA循环管理模式予以护理干预。比较两组患者压力性损伤发生率、发生时间、皮肤损伤程度,评价两组患者护理满意度。结果观察组患者压力性损伤发生率2.56%明显低于对照组的20.51%,其压力性损伤发生时间较对照组明显延长,皮肤损伤程度亦明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意度97.44%明显高于对照组的79.49%(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理模式能有效降低基层医院压力性损伤风险的发生率。 Objective To explore the application value of PDCA circulation management model in reducing the risk of pressure injury in primary hospitals.Methods From January 2018 to October 2019,78 patients who were at risk of clinical stress injury in a grassroots hospital in this region were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group with 39 cases each by random number method,of which the control group patients were given routine clinical care,and the patients in the observation group were treated with the PDCA cycle management model for nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidence,time of occurrence,and degree of skin injury of the two groups of patients were compared to evaluate the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of pressure injury in the observation group was 2.56%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,which was 20.51%.The incidence of pressure injury in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group.The degree of skin injury was also significantly better than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);97.44%of patients in the observation group's overall satisfaction with nursing care was significantly higher than 79.49%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management model can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure injury risk in primary hospitals.
