摘要
目的观察PDCA循环在消毒供应室管理中的应用效果。方法选择实施PDCA循环管理后的2018年7月—2019年12月的该院消毒供应室作为试验组,选择未实施PDCA循环管理的2017年1月—2018年6月的该院消毒供应室作为对照组。比较两组清洗、包装、灭菌样本合格率;手术切口感染率;环境管理、医用器械管理、包装质量、清洗、消毒、灭菌质量评分。结果试验组的清洗、包装、灭菌样本合格率均优于对照组[95.7%vs 89.3%、96.7%vs 90.0%、99.0%vs 95.7%],差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.673、10.714、6.421,P<0.05);试验组环境管理、医用器械管理、包装质量、清洗、消毒、灭菌质量评分显著高于对照组[(98.03±5.01)分vs(84.67±5.22)分、(98.44±6.49)分vs(86.82±6.03)分、(98.59±6.88)分vs(89.26±6.72)分、(99.07±6.39)分vs(88.21±5.63)分],差异有统计学意义(t=3.875、3.611、3.297、3.353,P<0.05);试验组手术切口感染率显著低于对照组(0.33%vs 1.03%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.279,P<0.05)。结论实施PDCA循环可提高消毒供应室的工作质量和管理质量,并降低手术切口感染率。
Objective To observe the application effect of PDCA cycle in the management of disinfection supply room.Methods The disinfection supply room of the hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 after PDCA cycle management was selected as the experimental group,and the disinfection supply room of the hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 that did not implement PDCA cycle management was selected as the control group.Compared the two groups of cleaning,packaging,sterilization sample qualification rate;surgical incision infection rate;environmental management,medical equipment management,packaging quality,cleaning,disinfection,sterilization quality scores.Results The qualified rate of cleaning,packaging,and sterilization samples in the experimental group was better than that in the control group[95.7%vs 89.3%,96.7%vs 90.0%,99.0%vs 95.7%],the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.673,10.714,6.421,P<0.05);the environmental management,medical device management,packaging quality,cleaning,disinfection and sterilization quality scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group[(98.03±5.01)points vs(84.67±5.22)points;(98.44±6.49)points vs(86.82±6.03)points,(98.59±6.88)points vs(89.26±6.72)points,(99.07±6.39)points vs(88.21±5.63)points],the difference was statistically significant(t=3.875,3.611,3.297,3.353,P<0.05);surgical incision infection rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(0.33%vs 1.03%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.279,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle can improve the quality of work and management of the disinfection supply room,and reduce the infection rate of surgical incisions.
