PBL教学法在风湿免疫科护理教学中的应用分析

Application Analysis of PBL Teaching Method in Nursing Teaching of Rheumatism and Immunology Department

目的在护理教学过程中实施PBL教学方法,分析PBL教学法的实际应用效果。方法将2019年1月—2020年1月在风湿免疫科实习的80名护理专业护生作为该次研究对象,按照一比一分组的方法将80名护生分为两组。将接受常规教学模式的40名护生作为对照组,将接受PBL教学法的护生作为实验组。通过对两组护生在接受不同教学模式后的考核结果进行分析,判断在风湿免疫科护理教学中PBL教学法的应用效果。结果实验组护生在理论知识、操作能力和综合考察3个方面考核评分皆高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行临床护理教学时,选择PBL教学法能够丰富护生的知识储备,激发护生的学习热情,促进护生综合水平的提高,可在日后中推广。

Objective To implement PBL teaching method in nursing teaching process and analyze the practical application effect of PBL teaching method.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,80 nursing students who were internships in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology were taken as the subjects of this study.The 80 nursing students were divided into two groups according to a one-to-one grouping method.The 40 nursing students who received the conventional teaching mode were used as the control group,and the nursing students who received the PBL teaching method were used as the experimental group.Through the analysis of the assessment results of the two groups of nursing students after receiving different teaching modes,the application effect of PBL teaching method in the nursing teaching of rheumatism and immunology is judged.Results The test scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in terms of theoretical knowledge,operational ability and comprehensive inspection.The experimental group had better learning effects,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method can be selected in clinical nursing teaching,which can enrich the knowledge reserve of nursing students,stimulate their enthusiasm for learning,and promote the improvement of the comprehensive level of nursing students,which can be promoted in the future.
