案例教学法在头颈内科实习护生护理教学中的应用

Application of Case Teaching Method in Nursing Teaching of Head and Neck Internal Medicine Practice Nursing Students

目的探讨案例教学法在头颈内科实习护生护理教学中的作用。方法选取2018年2月—2019年9月期间在该院头颈内科实习的护生80名作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40名。对照组实行传统带教,观察组实行案例教学法,对比两组实习护生的考核成绩和两组实习护生对教学满意度的评价。结果观察组理论知识(37.4±1.6)分、实践操作(35.5±1.2)分、综合素质(18.6±1.1)分和总成绩(91.5±2.9)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组实习护生对教学接受程度满意度95.00%、学习兴趣满意度90.00%和学习能力满意度92.50%均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法能够提升头颈内科实习护生的学习兴趣和学习能力,明显提高实习护生的考核成绩和综合素质,提高教学满意度,建议推广应用。

Objective To explore the role of case teaching method in the nursing teaching of head and neck internal medicine interns.Methods A total of 80 nursing students who practiced in the department of head and neck internal medicine in the hospital from February 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented traditional teaching,and the observation group implemented case-based teaching.The assessment results of the two groups of nursing students and the evaluation of the teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The observation group was scored in theoretical knowledge(37.4±1.6)points,practical operation(35.5±1.2)points,comprehensive quality(18.6±1.1)points and total score(91.5±2.9)points were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of 95.00%of teaching acceptance,90.00%of satisfaction with learning interest and 92.50%of satisfaction with learning ability of interns in the group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case teaching method can enhance the learning interest and learning ability of the head and neck internal medicine interns,significantly improve the assessment results and overall quality of the interns,and improve the teaching satisfaction.It is recommended to promote and apply.
