不良事件案例教学在护生临床安全教育中的探索

Exploration of Case Teaching of Adverse Events in Clinical Safety Education of Nursing Students

目的研究分析在护理实习生临床安全教育中采用不良事件案例教学的临床应用效果,为临床护理提供有价值的参考。方法将在2018年1—12月来该院实习的75名护理人员作为对照组,在2019年1—12月来该院实习的75名护理人员作为研究组,对照组护理实习生采用常规的临床安全教育,研究组护理实习生结合不良事件案例进行教学,对比两组实习生的实习情况。结果对照组护理实习生不良情况发生16例,不良事件发生率为21.33%,研究组护理实习生不良情况发生7例,不良事件发生率为9.33%,研究组护理实习生不良事件发生情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理实习生第1次测试成绩平均分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第2次测试成绩平均分,研究组护理实习生成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者对研究组护理实习生有2例不满意,满意度为97.33%,患者对对照组护理实习生有15例不满意,满意度为80.00%,患者对两组护理实习生的满意度相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理实习生的临床安全教育中结合不良事件案例教学,能有效降低不良事件的发生,提高护理实习生对护理安全的重视,提升护理带教质量,值得在临床护理中广泛的应用。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical application effect of adverse event case teaching in clinical safety education of nursing interns,and provide valuable reference for clinical nursing.Methods 75 nurses who came to the hospital for internship from January to December 2018 were used as the control group,and 75 nurses who came to the hospital for internship from January to December 2019 were used as the research group.The control group nursing interns used routine clinical safety education.The research group adopted nursing interns combined with adverse event cases to teach,and then compared the internships of the two groups of interns.Results There were 16 cases of adverse events among nursing interns in the control group,and the incidence rate of adverse events was 21.33%.The incidence of adverse events among nursing interns in the research group was 7 cases,and the incidence of adverse events was 9.33%.The occurrence was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average scores of the two groups of nursing interns in the first test were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the second test,the average scores of the nursing interns in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients were dissatisfied with 2 nursing interns in the research group,with a satisfaction rate of 97.33%.Patients were dissatisfied with 15 nursing interns in the control group,with a satisfaction rate of 80.00%.The patients’satisfaction with the two groups of nursing interns was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining the clinical safety education of nursing interns with case-by-case teaching of adverse events can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events,increase the importance of nursing interns on nursing safety,and improve the quality of nursing teaching.It is worthy of extensive application in clinical nursing.
