中医学本科五位一体师承教育培养模式的实践

Practice of Five-in-one Mode of Master-disciple Education for Undergraduates of Traditional Chinese Medicine

院校教育与师承教育是当前中医教育最主要的两种形式,各有优势与不足,将二者有机结合,符合当前中医药人才培养规律。我校重视本科教育,在"以本为本"的教育理念指导下,将师承教育融入院校教育,开展中医学本科五位一体师承教育培养模式的实践,从课程思政、经典理论、燕赵医学、科研能力、思维技能五方面综合培养,实施"四维四结合"评价体系,从导师和学生两方面出发,培养了具有高尚医德,临床能力较强的燕赵中医学特色人才,为中医人才培养模式提供参考。

College education and master-disciple education are the two main forms of Chinese medicine education,which have their own advantages and disadvantages.The organic combination of the two is in line with the current law of traditional Chinese medicine personnel training.Our University attaches great importance to undergraduate education.Under the guidance of"regarding the books as the basis"education concept,we have integrated master-disciple education into college education,carried out the practice of five-in-one master-disciple education training mode for undergraduates of TCM,implemented the"four dimensions and four combinations"evaluation system from the five aspects of curriculum ideological and political education,classic theory,Yanzhao medicine,scientific research ability and thinking skills,and trained Yanzhao TCM talents with noble medical ethics and strong clinical ability,which provides a reference for the training mode of TCM talents.
