Analysis and Reflection of the Consensus and Guidelines Related to Pulmonary Nodules

结合肺结节相关共识/指南、临床实践经验和现状以及国内外相关文献,对肺结节临床筛查的意义、如何筛查、筛查的结果及处理(剔除良性病例、随访、鉴别诊断、手术等)、医保政策与质量控制考核等方面进行深入思考,辨析在医疗质量与安全方面可能存在的问题。并以此建议临床医生在肺结节诊疗过程中应基于专家共识,突破单学科局限,合理利用人工智能、物联网等现代化技术,优化临床决策,并不断总结,力争提高肺结节诊疗的同质化水平,使患者最大程度地受益。

This paper explores the significance of pulmonary nodules clinical screening,screening approaches,results,treatments(excluding benign cases,follow-up,differential diagnosis,surgery,etc.),medical insurance policy and quality control assessment with in-depth thinking from fundamental study on pulmonary nodules guideline,clinical experience and literature domestic and abroad.Possible problems in medical quality and safety are also identified and discussed.It is recommended that clinicians should be based on expert consensus in the diagnosis and treatment of lung nodules,break through the limitations of single discipline,rationally use modern technologies such as artificial intelligence and Internet of Things,optimize clinical decision-making.Experience needs to be summarized consistently,to improve the level of homogeneity on pulmonary nodules diagnosis,and maximize the benefit of patients.
