探讨氨曲南治疗肿瘤患者下呼吸道感染的临床效果

Exploration on the Clinical Effect of Aztreonam in the Treatment of Lower Respiratory Tract Infections in Cancer Patients

目的探讨氨曲南治疗肿瘤患者下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2018年1月—2019年12月收治的84例肿瘤合并下呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,按照信封法分组(每组42例),对照组采用头孢曲松治疗,观察组采用氨曲南治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、生存质量、不良反应发生率等指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.24%)明显高于对照组(80.95%),组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.086, P=0.043<0.05)。观察组生理状况、家庭社会状况、功能状况、情感状况等生存质量各指标评分均高于对照组,组间依次对比差异有统计学意义(t=5.588、3.355、5.691、2.994,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.138, P=0.710>0.05)。结论将氨曲南应用于肿瘤患者下呼吸道感染的治疗中,可以有效改善其生存质量,治疗总有效率较高,且不良反应发生率较低,临床应用具备安全性。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of aztreonam in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections in cancer patients.Methods A total of 84 patients with tumors and lower respiratory tract infections who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to the envelope method(42 cases in each group).The control group was treated with ceftriaxone and the observation group was treated with Aztreonam treatment,compared the clinical efficacy,quality of life,incidence of adverse reactions and other indicators of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.24%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.95%).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ2=4.086,P=0.043<0.05).The scores of the observation group's physiological status,family social status,functional status,emotional status and other quality of life indicators were higher than those of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=5.588,3.355,5.691,2.994,P<0.05).There was not significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.138,P=0.710>0.05).Conclusion The application of aztreonam in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections in cancer patients can effectively improve their quality of life.The total effective rate of treatment is higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.The clinical application is safe.
