护理干预对小儿心脏介入术后按压穿刺点的效果

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Pressing the Puncture Point after Pediatric Cardiac Intervention

目的分析护理干预对小儿心脏介入术后按压穿刺点的效果。方法方便选取该院2017年4月—2019年4月收治的90例小儿心脏介入手术患儿,随机分组,常规护理组给予常规告知按压的手法进行穿刺点护理,按压穿刺点规范护理组进行了按压穿刺点规范护理。比较两组家长对穿刺点按压方法的了解评分、穿刺点正确按压力度控制的认知,并了解家长对护理工作的满意度,比较护理前后小儿VAS评分,并对比两组儿童穿刺点出血、血液循环障碍以及皮下血肿的出现情况。结果按压穿刺点规范护理组家长对穿刺点按压方法的了解评分、穿刺点正确按压力度控制的认知(96.45±3.21)分、(96.57±3.56)分高于常规护理组的(82.21±3.11)分、(82.21±3.01)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.716、7.180,P<0.05)。按压穿刺点规范护理组的满意情况97.78%高于常规护理组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.014,P<0.05)。护理后按压穿刺点规范护理组小儿VAS评分(1.21±0.21)分优于常规护理组(3.21±0.14)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.833,P<0.05)。按压穿刺点规范护理组穿刺点出血、血液循环障碍以及皮下血肿的发生率4.44%低于常规护理组22.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.045,P<0.05)。结论小儿心脏介入手术患儿护理中,规范进行按压穿刺点,可提高家长对穿刺点按压方法的了解评分、穿刺点正确按压力度控制的认知,并减少穿刺点出血、血液循环障碍以及皮下血肿的发生率,提高患儿家长的满意度,减轻患儿痛苦。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on pressing puncture points after pediatric cardiac intervention.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019 in the hospital,90 children with pediatric cardiac intervention surgery were conveniently selected randomly divided into two groups.The conventional nursing group was given routine notification and compression techniques for puncture point care,and the standard nursing group for pressing puncture points underwent compression puncture point standard care.Compared the understanding scores of the two groups of parents on puncture point pressing methods,the cognition of the correct pressure control of puncture points,and understood the parents'satisfaction with this nursing work,compared the pain degree of children VAS scores before and after nursing,and compared the two groups of bleeding at the puncture point,blood circulation disorder,and the appearance of subcutaneous hematoma.Results The parents in the normative nursing group who pressed the puncture point had a score of(96.45±3.21)points,(96.57±3.56)points,higher than the conventional nursing group's(82.21±3.11)points,(82.21±3.01)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.716,7.180,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate 97.78%of the standard nursing group by pressing the puncture point was 80.00%higher than that of the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.014,P<0.05).After nursing,the VAS score of children in the standardized nursing group was(1.21±0.21)points better than the conventional nursing group(3.21±0.14)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.833,P<0.05).The incidence of puncture point bleeding,blood circulation disorder and subcutaneous hematoma in the standardized nursing group by pressing the puncture point was 4.44%lower than that in the conventional nursing group by 22.22%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.045,P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing care of children with pediatric interventional cardiac surgery,standard pressing of puncture points can improve parents'understanding of puncture point pressing methods,cognition of correct pressure control of puncture points,and reduce puncture point bleeding,blood circulation disturbance and subcutaneous hematoma incidence rate of children,improve the satisfaction of parents of children,and alleviate the suffering of children.
