脑卒中患者早期康复护理的应用及价值探究

Application and Value Exploration of Early Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Stroke

目的探讨脑卒中患者早期康复护理的应用措施及应用价值。方法方便选择该院2019年1—12月收治的脑卒中患者86例,将患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上给予早期康复护理,对比两组患者生活质量、生活能力、负性情绪、神经功能、运动功能的改善情况。结果研究组在生活质量评分、生活能力评分、神经功能评分、运动功能评分上分别为(66.30±7.0)分、(70.31±10.23)分、(4.21±0.85)分、(90.20±11.21)分,皆优于对照组(58.25±7.3)分、(62.60±10.35)分、(5.25±0.88)分、(65.23±10.84)分,且数据对比差异有统计学意义(t=5.129、3.474、5.574、10.500,P<0.05);护理后,研究组焦虑情绪与抑郁情绪评分(50.25±5.00)分、(52.02±5.10)分,显著低于对照组(61.02±5.29)分、(63.28±6.30)分,且数据对比差异有统计学意义(t=9.702、9.349,P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者的护理中,采用早期康复护理措施,有利于促进患者生活质量、生活能力的提升,也有利于改善患者神经功能与运动功能,更能够排除患者负性情绪,保持患者良好的积极性,促进患者病情改善,护理价值显著。

Objective To explore the application measures and application value of early rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients.Methods A total of 86 stroke patients admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 were conveniently selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given early rehabilitation care based on routine care.The two groups were compared of the patient's quality of life,living ability,negative emotion,neurological function,and motor function improvement.Results The study group scored(66.30±7.0)points,(70.31±10.23)points,(4.21±0.85)points,(90.20±11.21)points in the quality of life score,life ability score,neurological function score,and motor function score,respectively,better than the control group(58.25±7.3)points,(62.60±10.35)points,(5.25±0.88)points,(65.23±10.84)points,and the difference in data comparison was statistically significant(t=5.129,3.474,5.574,10.500,P<0.05);after nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were(50.25±5.00)points and(52.02±5.10)points,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(61.02±5.29)points and(63.28±6.30)points,and the difference in data comparison was statistically significant(t=9.702,9.349,P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of stroke patients,adopting early rehabilitation nursing measures can help improve the quality of life and living ability of the patients,and also help improve the neurological and motor functions of the patients.It can also eliminate the patients'negative emotions and maintain the patients'good enthusiasm,promote the improvement of patients'condition,the nursing value was significant.
