女性盆腔占位性病变的MRI诊断与鉴别诊断

MRI Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Female Pelvic Space-occupying Lesions

目的研究与分析女性盆腔占位性病变的MRI诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法该文采取回顾性分析法对2017年2月—2020年4月该院进行诊断以及治疗的患有女性盆腔占位性病变的52例患者的诊断以及治疗情况进行回顾性分析,对所有患者均采取MRI诊断与鉴别诊断。结果在52例患者中,其中有48例患者是由MRI检出,检出率为92.3%,其中有2例子宫内膜癌患者以及2例宫颈癌患者MRI未诊断出,出现了漏诊等情况,漏诊率为7.7%。经过MRI诊断出的48例患者中,患者的发病部位与手术病理相一致的患者有46例,诊断准确率为95.8%,而经过MRI诊断出的48例患者中,诊断结果与手术病理相一致的患者有45例,符合率为93.8%,子宫内膜增厚以及实质性肿块是子宫病变的主要表现,而囊性以及囊实性肿块影等是卵巢病变的主要表现。结论对女性盆腔占位性病变采取MRI进行诊断,具有较高的准确性,鉴别诊断良恶性肿块具有较高的准确性。

Objective To study and analyze the value of MRI diagnosis and differential diagnosis of female pelvic space occupying lesions.Methods This article adopts a retrospective analysis method to retrospectively analyze the diagnosis and treatment of 52 patients with female pelvic space occupying lesions from February 2017 to April 2020 who came to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment.MRI diagnosis and differential diagnosis were adopted for all patients.Results Among 52 patients,48 of them were detected by MRI,with a detection rate of 92.3%.Among them,2 patients with endometrial cancer and 2 patients with cervical cancer were not diagnosed on MRI,and missed diagnosis,etc.,the missed diagnosis rate was 7.7%.Among the 48 patients diagnosed by MRI,46 patients had the same location as the surgical pathology,and the diagnosis accuracy rate was 95.8%.Among the 48 patients diagnosed by MRI,the diagnosis results were consistent with the surgical pathology.There were 45 patients with ovarian disease,with a coincidence rate of 93.8%.Endometrial thickening and solid masses were the main manifestations of uterine lesions,while cystic and solid cystic masses are the main manifestations of ovarian lesions.Conclusion MRI diagnosis of female pelvic space-occupying lesions has high accuracy,and the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant masses has high accuracy.
