视频脑电图在小儿病毒性脑炎诊断和预后评估中的作用

The Role of Video EEG in the Diagnosis and Prognostic Evaluation of Viral Encephalitis in Children

目的在小儿病毒性脑炎诊断和预后评估工作的开展过程中,分析视频脑电图的应用效果。方法随机选择该院2018年12月—2019年11月收治的病毒性脑炎患儿90例为临床观察对象,患儿入院24 h后,需接受1次视频脑电图检测,患儿入院接受治疗两周后,需接受第2次视频的跟踪检测,对两次检测结果进行分析与记录。结果患儿接受治疗后,检查指标整体趋于正常,接近健康儿童。63例患儿被诊断为弥漫性θ波,占总数的70.00%,27例患者被诊断为弥漫性σ波,占总数的30.00%;患儿接受治疗前共诊断出弥漫性θ波患儿30例,占总数的33.33%,弥漫性σ波患儿8例,占总数的8.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=24.227,12.804,P<0.05)。患儿接受治疗前显性放电整体高于治疗后,治疗前后的诊断结果以及预后评估结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对小儿病毒性脑炎进行诊断的过程中,视频脑电图检测技术具有十分积极的应用意义,同时,能够有效评估患儿的预后效果,具有较强的参考价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of video EEG during the diagnosis and evaluation of children with viral encephalitis.Methods Randomly selected 90 patients with viral encephalitis admitted in the hospital from December 2018 to November 2019 as clinical observation objects.24 h after admission,the children needs to undergo a video EEG test and after the patient were stayed in the hospital for treatment for two weeks,they accepted the second video tracking test,and analyze and record the two test results.Results After the two kinds of children received treatment,the overall test values tended to be normal,close to healthy children.63 children were diagnosed as diffuseθwaves,accounting for 70.00%of the total,and 27 children were diagnosed as diffuseσwaves,accounting for 30.00%of the total number;Children who participated in the study were diagnosed with 30 diffuse theta waves before treatment,accounting for 33.33%of the total,and 8 children with diffuse sigma waves,accounting for 8.89%of the total,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=24.227,12.804,P<0.05).Before the treatment of the children involved in the study,the overall dominant discharge was higher than that after treatment.The diagnosis results before and after treatment and the evaluation results after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of diagnosing pediatric viral encephalitis,the video EEG detection technology has very positive application significance.At the same time,it can effectively evaluate the patient's healing effect and has a relatively strong reference value.
