血清肿瘤相关抗原联合检测对肺癌的早期诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨联合检测血清肿瘤相关抗原、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原(CYFRA21-1)、癌胚抗原(CEA)和胃泌素释放肽前体(Pro-GRP31-98)对肺癌早期诊断的价值。方法选取医院核医学科2018年收治的49例肺癌患者为观察组,并随机抽取同期入院的15例肺部良性疾病患者为良性组,随机抽取同期于医院接受健康体检的15例体检者为健康组。通过化学发光法检测CYFRA21-1,CEA水平;通过双抗体夹心时间分辨免疫荧光分析法检测Pro-GRP31-98,对各组血清肿瘤相关抗原水平情况及血清肿瘤相关抗原进行单独与联合检测,比较肺癌的鉴别诊断情况。结果观察组的CYFRA21-1,CEA及Pro-GRP31-98水平均明显高于良性组和健康组(P<0.05);良性组与健康组的以上指标比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。CYFRA21-1,CEA及Pro-GRP31-98联合检测在诊断肺癌的灵敏度、特异度上均高于各指标单独检测,其诊断肺癌的误诊率均低于各指标单独检测。结论在肺癌的早期诊断中,通过CYFRA21-1,CEA,Pro-GRP31-98联合检测有较高灵敏度与特异度,可用于肺癌的早期诊断。
