发展性照护模式用于新生儿监护室早产儿护理评价

目的探讨发展性照护模式在新生儿监护室早产儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取医院2016年1月至2017年8月住院的早产儿80例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组患儿行常规临床护理模式,研究组患儿在常规护理基础上行发展性照护模式。结果研究组患儿的住院时间、恢复正常体质量时间、日均睡眠时间均长于对照组,且日均喂奶量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属对护理工作的满意度较对照组较高(P<0.05)。结论新生儿监护室的早产儿行发展性照护模式能有效缩短早产儿的住院时间,并加速早产儿恢复正常体质量,且早产儿家长对临床护理工作满意度提高。

Objective To investigate the application effect of developmental care model in neonatal intensive care unit for premature infants.Methods Totally 80 cases of premature infants hospitalized in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine clinical nursing mode,while the study group received developmental nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.Results The hospitalization stay,recovery time of normal body weight and average daily sleep time in the study group were longer than those in the control group,and the average daily feeding amount was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction of the family members in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The developmental care model for premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of premature infants,accelerate the recovery of normal body weight of premature infants,and improve the parents'satisfaction with clinical nursing work.
