饮食指导护理对维持性血液透析患者钙磷代谢的影响

目的探讨饮食指导护理对维持性血液透析患者钙磷代谢的影响。方法选取医院2019年2月至2020年2月收治的维持性血液透析患者72例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各36例。观察组采用饮食指导护理,对照组采用常规护理。结果两组患者的血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白水平无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患者护理后的钙磷乘积、血磷、甲状旁腺激素、血钙水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论饮食指导护理能加快维持性血液透析患者康复速度,改善生活质量,有效改善钙磷代谢情况。

Objective To investigate the effect of diet guidance nursing on calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients underwent maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Totally 72 patients underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each group.The observation group was given diet guidance nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.Results There was no significant difference in serum total protein and serum albumin levels between the two groups(P>0.05),the levels ofcalcium phosphorus product,blood phosphorus,parathyroid hormone and blood calcium in the observation group after nursing were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diet guidance nursing can accelerate the recovery speed of patients underwent maintenance hemodialysis,improve the quality of life,and effectively improve the calcium and phosphorus metabolism.
