基于注视动态感兴趣区的眼动追踪在冠心病介入治疗临床教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的基于注视动态感兴趣区的眼动追踪在冠心病介入治疗临床教学中的应用研究。方法选取2019年10月—2020年4月于该院心内科实习的60名医学规培生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法按1:1的比例分为常规组30名和实验组30名,常规组采用授课为基础的教学(LBL)方法结合以问题为基础的教学(PBL)方法进行临床实习教学,实验组在常规组基础上基于视觉动态区的眼追踪技术进行观察、推理及模拟PCI的过程。对两组学生教学效果,并按出科时理论及实践考试成绩、学生影像学资料分析能力、学生满意调查问卷得分,共3个维度进行考察。结果比较两组学生考核成绩,实验组学生考核总成绩显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中理论考核、实践考核及阅片能力均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组学生教学满意率,实验组满意率96.67%显著高于常规组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于注视动态感兴趣区的眼动追踪在冠心病介入治疗临床教学中效果显著,能够显著提高学生综合能力,值得临床教学推广及应用。 Objective The application research of eye tracking based on gaze dynamic region of interest in clinical teaching of interventional treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods Sixty medical trainees who practiced in the cardiology department of the hospital from October 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was used to divide the regular group 30 students and the experimental group 30 students at a ratio of 1:1,the regular group used the teaching-based teaching(LBL)method combined with the problem-based teaching(PBL)method for clinical practice teaching,and the experimental group used the visual dynamic zone eye tracking technology to observe,reason and simulate on the basis of the regular group PCI process.The teaching effect of the two groups of students was investigated in three dimensions based on the theoretical and practical test scores at the time of leaving the subject,the student's imaging data analysis ability,and the student satisfaction questionnaire score.Results Compared the assessment results of the two groups of students,the total assessment scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the regular group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the theoretical assessment,practical assessment and film reading ability were all higher than those in the regular group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction rate of students 96.67%of the experimental group was significantly higher than 73.33%of the regular group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Eye tracking based on the dynamic gaze region of interest is effective in clinical teaching of interventional treatment of coronary heart disease.It can significantly improve students'comprehensive ability and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical teaching.
