人工智能预检分诊系统在急性脑卒中绿色通道中的应用效果

Application Effect of Artificial Intelligence Pre-examination and Triage System in the Green Channel of Acute Stroke

目的探讨人工智能预检分诊系统在急性脑卒中绿色通道中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9—12月采用人工智能预检分诊系统分诊的100例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为观察组,2018年9—12月使用传统模式分诊的100例急性脑卒中患者纳入为对照组,比较两组患者的分诊挂号用时、CT检测用时、静脉溶栓DNT时间。结果观察组的分诊挂号时间、CT检查时间、静脉溶栓DNT时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用人工智能预检分诊系统较大地优化了急性脑卒中绿色通道就诊流程,显著缩短急性脑卒中患者的分诊挂号用时、CT检查时间及静脉溶栓时间,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of artificial intelligence pre-examination and triage system in the green channel of acute stroke.Methods 100 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients who were triaged using artificial intelligence pre-examination and triage system from September to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 100 cases who were triaged using the traditional model from September to December 2018 were included of acute stroke patients as the control group.The time for triage registration,CT detection,and intravenous thrombolytic DNT time were compared between the two groups.Results The triage registration time,CT examination time,and intravenous thrombolytic DNT time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of artificial intelligence pre-examination and triage system greatly optimizes the green channel diagnosis process of acute stroke,significantly shortens the triage registration time,CT examination time and intravenous thrombolysis time of acute stroke patients,improves the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
