In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the nationally organized drug centralized procurement and use policy,speed up the exploration and improvement of the centralized drug procurement system and the market-led drug price formation mechanism.By studying the relevant policy documents of the national organization of centralized drug procurement and use,investigate and analyze the current implementation of centralized procurement in public hospitals.This article found that the centralized procurement policy faced some difficulties in the process of promoting public hospitals:the substitution of generic drugs was controversial,the pressure of hospital operation increased,the selectivity of clinical medication decreased,the risk of drug supply guarantee and the conservative medical insurance policy,etc.It is hoped that by implementing the responsibilities of various government departments,advancing the reform of public hospitals,ensuring the quality and safety of medicines and stabilizing the supply,the smooth advancement of the centralized procurement policy is expected.
