某院药库智能化管理工作实践

The Practice of Intelligent Management of a Hospital's Pharmacy

目的探究智能化管理在药库实际工作中的应用效果,为该院药库管理全面实现信息化提供参考。方法对比应用智能化管理前后3个月单项任务平均耗时、差错发生情况。结果应用智能化管理后药品验收、出库发货、票据录入、药品上架每周耗时分别为(12.51±0.12)、(11.91±0.25)、(11.02±0.28)、(9.82±0.12)h,均短于智能化管理前(P<0.05);智能化管理后各环节差错发生次数共5次,明显少于智能化管理前的41次(P<0.05)。结论药库智能化管理有利于提高药库管理质量与效率,降低差错发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of intelligent management in the actual work of drug warehouses,and to provide a reference for the comprehensive realization of informatization of drug warehouse management in the hospital.Methods The average time-consuming and error occurrence of a single task in 3 months before and after the application of intelligent management were compared.Results After the application of intelligent management,the weekly time consumption for drug acceptance,outbound delivery,receipt entry,and drug on-shelf was(12.51±0.12)h,(11.91±0.25)h,(11.02±0.28)h,(9.82±0.12)h,all shorter than before intelligent management(P<0.05);after intelligent management,the number of errors in each link occurred 5 times,which was significantly less than 41 times before intelligent management(P<0.05).Conclusion The intelligent management of pharmacies is beneficial to improve the quality and efficiency of pharmacy management and reduce the incidence of errors.
