Problems and Countermeasures of Biological Safety Protection in Medical Laboratory

目的对医学检验实验室生物安全防护问题进行分析,并予以解决对策。方法该院医学检验实验室(共计30名工作人员)在2018年6月—2019年6月期间实施生物安全防护后有效提高了实验室整体水平,对比实施安全防护前后的效果差异。结果与实施加强生物安全防护对策前比较,实施后各评分下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与实施加强生物安全防护对策前比较,实施后不安全事件发生率明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学检验实验室生物安全防护有着重大意义,做好生物安全防护对策后可使实验室有长远发展。

Objective To analyze the biological safety protection of medical laboratory and provide solutions.Methods The medical laboratory of the hospital(a total of 30 staff)implemented biosafety protection from June 2018 to June 2019,which effectively improved the overall level of the laboratory,and compared the effect of before and after the implementation of safety protection.Results Compared with before the implementation of enhanced biosafety protection countermeasures,the scores after the implementation of the implementation of the enhanced biosafety protection countermeasures decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the implementation of the enhanced biosafety protection countermeasures,the incidence of unsafe incidents decreased significantly after the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The biological safety protection of medical testing laboratories is great significance.After the biological safety protection countermeasures are done,the laboratory can have long-term development.
