摘要
近年来,在事业单位改制的过程中,干部人事档案管理是专项审核中的重点,通过对干部人事档案的管理,能够进行干部个人能力等全面考察,从根本上根据审核结果来进行干部的任免。因此,干部人事档案管理专项审核是事业单位长远发展的必然要求,只有做好干部人事档案管理工作,才能够发挥事业单位人才的作用。新时代对事业单位提出了更高的发展要求,各个事业单位都需要从自身的实际情况着手,改变干部人事档案的专项审核工作,保障审核的有效性。基于此,该文分析了事业单位干部人事档案管理专项审核存在的问题,并提出了相应的策略,有利于实现事业单位干部人事档案审核的规范性。
In recent years,in the process of restructuring of public institutions,the management of cadres and personnel files has been the focus of special audits.Through the management of cadres and personnel files,a comprehensive inspection of the cadres’personal abilities can be carried out based on the results of the audit appointment and removal of cadres.Therefore,the special review of cadre and personnel file management is an inevitable requirement for the long-term development of public institutions.Only when the management of cadre and personnel files is done well can the role of public institution talents be brought into full play.The new era puts forward higher development requirements for public institutions.Each public institution needs to start from its own actual situation and change the special review of cadre personnel files to ensure the effectiveness of the review.Based on this,this article analyzes the problems existing in the special review of the personnel file management of the cadres of public institutions,and puts forward corresponding strategies,which are conducive to the realization of the standardization of the cadre personnel files of the public institutions.
