意识形态是系统反映社会经济形态和政治制度的思想体系。当前互联网与计算机技术的飞速发展日益影响着人们的生活方式、交往方式、思维方式。互联网作为推动开展意识形态工作的引擎和动力,赋予了意识形态工作新的生命力和无限活力。随着医疗改革的不断深入推进,如何确保医院青年职工能具有良好的工作氛围和积极向上的精神面貌,成为医院意识形态工作的重中之重。该文对医院青年职工意识形态状况进行调查研究,分析“互联网+”模式下医院意识形态面临的机遇和挑战,并提出建议对策。

Ideology is an ideological system that systematically reflects social economic forms and political systems.The current rapid development of the Internet and computer technology is increasingly affecting people's lifestyles,communication styles,and thinking styles.The Internet,as the engine and power to promote ideological work,has given new vitality and infinite vitality to ideological work.With the continuous and in-depth advancement of medical reform,how to ensure that young hospital staff can have a good working atmosphere and positive mental outlook has become the top priority of the hospital's ideological work.This article investigates and studies the ideological status of young hospital staff,analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by hospital ideology under the"Internet+"model,and proposes countermeasures.
