消毒供应室师生互相考核的临床带教模式效果分析

摘要 目的分析消毒供应室师生互相考核的临床带教模式的应用效果。方法随机将2019年6月9—30日在该院消毒供应室30名实习护士分为观察组、对照组,观察组采用师生互相考核带教模式,对照组采用常规带教模式,实习3周后,对比两组带教效果。结果①观察组实习护士的临床实践技能得分(93.4±1.6)分、理论考试得分(92.3±2.7)分、自我评价得分(90.2±2.6)分均优于对照组(83.2±3.5)分、(84.5±3.6)分、(81.2±4.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②观察组实习护士消毒质量检测得分(93.9±2.4)分、环境管理得分(91.7±2.2)分、包装质量得分(92.7±2.1)分、器械管理得分(91.3±3.0)分均高于对照组(84.8±3.0)分、(83.5±3.2)分、(86.2±3.5)分、(84.8±5.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③观察组带教老师的考核优良率(100.00%)明显高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床消毒供应室教学过程中采用师生互相考核的教学模式可激发实习护士的学习兴趣,提升实习护士的综合素质,取得了满意的教学成果。 Objective To analyze the application effect of the clinical teaching model of mutual assessment of teachers and students in the disinfection supply room.Methods A total of 30 nurses in the disinfection supply room of the hospital from June 9th to 30th,2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group adopted the teacher-student evaluation and teaching mode,and the control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,after 3 weeks of internship,compare the teaching effects of the two groups.Results 1.The clinical practice skills score(93.4±1.6)points,theoretical examination score(92.3±2.7)points,and self-evaluation score(90.2±2.6)points of the practice nurses in the observation group were better than those of the control group(83.2±3.5)points,(84.5±3.6)points,(81.2±4.5)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Observation group's practice nurses'disinfection quality test score(93.9±2.4)points,environmental management score(91.7±2.2)points,packaging quality score(92.7±2.1)points and device management score(91.3±3.0)points were higher than the control group(84.8±3.0)points,(83.5±3.2)points,(86.2±3.5)points,(84.8±5.2)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Observation group:the excellent and good rate(100.00%)of teaching teachers was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching process of the clinical disinfection supply room,the teaching mode of mutual assessment between teachers and students can stimulate the interest of student nurses in learning,improve the overall quality of nurses,and achieve satisfactory teaching results.
