翻转课堂在急危重症护理学实验教学中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂在急危重症护理学实验教学中的应用效果。方法选某医学院2016级临床护理班学生共54名,用传统方式进行急危重症护理学实验教学,另选此医学院2017级临床护理班学生共60名,用翻转课堂进行急危重症护理学实验教学。经过一学期教学,对比两组理论知识、操作技能及对教学的满意度评价。结果经教学,观察组理论知识考核成绩与技能考核成绩均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度为98.33%,对照组教学满意度为85.19%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将翻转课堂应用于急危重症护理学实验教学中,能够有效提升学生的学习成绩,学生对于教学的满意度较高。 Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom in experimental teaching of emergency and critical care nursing.Methods A total of 54 students in the 2016 clinical nursing class of a medical school were selected to carry out the experimental teaching of acute and critical care nursing in the traditional way,and a total of 60 students in the 2017 clinical nursing class of this medical school were selected to conduct emergency and critical care nursing in a flipped classroom experimental teaching.After one semester of teaching,compared the theoretical knowledge,operation skills of the two groups and the evaluation of satisfaction with teaching.Results After teaching,the theoretical knowledge assessment and skill assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 98.33%,and the teaching satisfaction of the control group was 85.19%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the flipped classroom to the experimental teaching of emergency and critical care nursing can effectively improve students'academic performance,and students are more satisfied with teaching.
