目标管理教学法在产科护理临床带教中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析目标管理教学法在产科护理临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月—2019年10月82名在该科室进行护理实习的护生为研究对象,随机分为对照组(传统产科护理带教法)和观察组(产科目标管理护理教学法),每组41名。对两组实习生实习积极性、理论成绩、护理操作成绩、护理病案书写考核成绩、理论实践综合能力考核成绩、教学满意度评分进行对比。结果观察组护生学习积极性92.68%,明显高于对照组75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生护理实习后的理论成绩、护理操作成绩、护理病案书写考核成绩、理论实践综合能力考核成绩,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生的临床护理带教教学法满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科护理临床带教中开展目标管理教学法,能够最大程度上激发护生的学习积极性,从而提高其护理实习学习成绩,并有效提升护生对教学法的满意度。 Objective To analyze the application effect of goal management teaching method in clinical teaching of obstetric nursing.Methods Selected 82 nursing students who were in nursing practice in the department from May 2018 to October 2019 as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group(traditional obstetric nursing teaching method)and observation group(obstetric objective management nursing teaching method),41 nursing students in each group.The two groups of interns were compared on their internship enthusiasm,theoretical scores,nursing operation scores,nursing medical record writing assessment scores,theoretical and practical comprehensive ability assessment scores and teaching satisfaction scores.Results The study enthusiasm of nursing students in the observation group was 92.68%,which was significantly higher than 75.61%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical examinations,nursing operation scores,nursing medical record writing assessment scores,and comprehensive theoretical and practical ability assessment scores of the observation group nursing students after nursing practice were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The goal management teaching method in the clinical teaching of obstetric nursing can stimulate the enthusiasm of nursing students to the greatest extent,thereby improving their nursing practice learning performance,and effectively improving the satisfaction of nursing students with the teaching method.
