小组合作式教学在儿科护理带教中的应用效果研究

摘要 目的分析小组合作式教学在儿科护理带教中的应用效果。方法选择2018年4月—2020年2月期间在该院儿科进行护理实习的护生68名,按带教方式分为对照组(n=34,常规儿科护理带教)和观察组(n=34,实施儿科小组合作式教学法)。比较护生出科考试成绩、带教教师对护生护理实践中的礼仪表现、沟通能力、服务态度、操作能力和综合能力的评分。结果护生出科时,观察组的理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教教师对护生护理实践中的礼仪表现、沟通能力、服务态度、操作能力和综合能力的评分,观察组均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小组合作式教学法的运用能够显著提高儿科临床护理带教质量,对护生学习成绩和综合能力的提升有重要促进作用。 Objective To analyze the effect of group cooperative teaching in pediatric nursing teaching.Methods A total of 68 nursing students who had undergone nursing practice in the pediatrics department of the hospital from April 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(n=34,conventional pediatric nursing teaching)and an observation group(n=34,implementation of pediatric team cooperative teaching method)according to teaching methods.Compare the scores of nursing students'subject examinations,and teachers'scores on the etiquette performance,communication ability,service attitude,operation ability and comprehensive ability of nursing students in nursing practice.Results When nursing students leave the department,the scores of theoretical examination and operational examination of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scoring of etiquette performance,communication ability,service attitude,operation ability and comprehensive ability of nursing students in the practice of nursing practice by teachers were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of group cooperative teaching method can significantly improve the quality of pediatric clinical nursing teaching,and it has an important role in promoting the improvement of nursing students'academic performance and comprehensive ability.
