小组合作教学在手术室临床护理带教中的应用效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析小组合作教学法在手术室临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法共纳入54名手术室护生作为研究对象,选取时间为2017年7月—2020年1月,随机分为对照组(n=27,手术室传统护理教学)和观察组(n=27,手术室小组合作教学法),对比两组护生考核成绩、核心能力、教学方法满意度评分。结果观察组护生的理论知识、实践操作和事件处理反应考核成绩,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生的总结知识能力、自主学习能力、沟通合作能力、语言表达能力、创新思维能力评分,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除教师教学态度之外,护生对教学准备、教学过程、教学能力和教学效果的满意度评分,观察组均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室临床护理带教中应用小组合作教学法开展教学活动,可实现手术室临床护理带教教学质量的显著提升,使护生的实习成绩和核心能力得到显著提高,并能够改善护生对带教教学工作的认可度。 Objective To analyze the effect of group cooperative teaching in clinical nursing teaching in operating room.Methods A total of 54 nursing students in the operating room were included as the research object.The selection period was from July 2017 to January 2020.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=27,traditional nursing teaching in the operating room)and an observation group(n=27,adopting cooperative teaching method in operating room),compare the assessment scores,core competence and satisfaction scores of teaching methods between the two groups of nursing students.Results The theoretical knowledge,practical operation and incident response assessment scores of nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing students in the observation group for summarizing knowledge,autonomous learning,communication and cooperation,language ability,and innovative thinking ability were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Except for teachers'teaching attitude,the satisfaction scores of nursing students on teaching preparation,teaching process,teaching ability and teaching effect were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of group cooperative teaching method in clinical nursing teaching in operating room to carry out teaching activities can achieve a significant improvement in the quality of clinical nursing teaching in operating room,significantly improve the practice performance and core competence of nursing students,and can improve nursing students’recognition of the teaching work.
