摘要
为了深入推进“5+3”一体化人才培养改革,推动本科教育与硕士研究生教育、住院医师规范化培训的有效衔接,加快培养高素质临床医师,结合教育部卓越医生教育培养计划和口腔医学专业特色,优化高等院校口腔医学专业本科生创新实践课程体系,包括教学基地建设,教学队伍建设,教学内容和教学模式的探索,培养具有岗位胜任力的创新型口腔医学人才。
In order to further promote the"5+3"integrated talent training reform,promote the effective connection of undergraduate education,postgraduate education,and standardized resident training,accelerate the training of high-quality clinicians,combined with the Ministry of Education's outstanding doctor education and training program and dental medicine professional characteristics,optimizing the innovative practice curriculum system for undergraduates majoring in stomatology in colleges and universities,including the construction of teaching bases,the construction of teaching teams,the exploration of teaching content and teaching models,and the cultivation of innovative dentistry talents with job competence.
