Analysis of the Causes of Death of Women of Childbearing Age in Yancheng from 2016 to 2018

目的调查分析盐城市2016—2018年育龄妇女死亡状况,为今后制定妇女保健干预措施提供参考依据。方法通过分析2016—2018年孕产妇死亡监测台账记录,结合省平台管理系统,导出相关数据,人口学数据来源于盐城市统计局官网。用Excel表格对数据进行整理,用SPSS统计软件进行分析,运用描述性流行病学的方法对盐城市育龄妇女死亡情况进行分析。结果该次调查结果显示,2016—2018年该市育龄妇女共死亡3578例,平均死亡率50.9/10万。按照单病种死因类别分类,前五位分别是车祸、肺癌、脑出血、乳腺癌和心脏病,宫颈癌第九位。结论根据盐城市2016—2018年育龄妇女死因状况,建议重视对40~49岁年龄段妇女的健康研究,强化高年龄段恶性肿瘤的防控,提高宫颈癌和乳腺癌的筛查覆盖率,同时要高度关注非传染性和心理疾病的损害,不断降低育龄妇女死亡率。

Objective To investigate and analyze the death status of women of childbearing age in Yancheng from 2016 to 2018,and to provide a reference for the future development of women's health care interventions.Methods By analyzing the records of the maternal death monitoring account from 2016 to 2018,combined with the provincial platform management system,the relevant data was derived.The demographic data was derived from the official website of the Yancheng Bureau of Statistics.The data was sorted by Excel table,SPSS statistical software was used for analysis,and the descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the death of women of childbearing age in Yancheng.Results The survey results show that from 2016 to 2018,there were 3578 deaths among women of childbearing age in our city,with an average death rate of 50.9/100000.According to the category of single disease causes of death,the top five were car accidents,lung cancer,cerebral hemorrhage,breast cancer and heart disease,and cervical cancer was the ninth place.Conclusion According to the death causes of women of childbearing age in Yancheng from 2016 to 2018,it is recommended to pay attention to health research for women in the 40-49 age group,strengthen the prevention and control of malignant tumors in the senior age group,and increase the screening coverage of cervical cancer and breast cancer.At the same time,we must pay great attention to the damage of non-communicable and psychological diseases,and continuously reduce the mortality rate of women of childbearing age.
