摘要
基于变革型领导理论和相似吸引理论,探讨环境变革型领导对员工绿色创造力的影响机制及边界条件,通过对315份有效问卷数据进行实证分析,研究发现:环境变革型领导能够促进员工绿色创造力;价值一致性在环境变革型领导与员工绿色创造力之间起到部分中介作用。此外,创新自我效能不仅调节价值一致性和员工绿色创造力之间的正向关系,而且调节了环境变革型领导通过价值一致性影响员工绿色创造力的间接效应。
This study constructs a research on the mechanism and boundary conditions of environmentally-specific transformational leaders on employees’green creativity based on the transformational leadership theory and similarity-attraction theory.And a multiple regression analysis is also conductedto test the mediating and moderating effects.The results show that environmentally-specific transformational leadership has a significantly positive effect on employees’green creativity,and value congruence mediates the relationship between them.In addition,the above mediating effect is moderated by the creative self-efficacy of employees,that is,the higher the creative self-efficacy of employees,the stronger the role of environmentally-specific transformational leaders in influencing employees’green creativity through value congruence.
