牺牲阳极在海洋工程中是一种经济有效的保护方式。本文介绍了阴极保护的设计原理,详细研究了海底管道阴极保护设计、计算的方法。本研究的创新点在于:通过结合相关实际项目,探讨了海底管道阴极保护设计过程中,依据温度区间进行分段设计的方法;探讨了在牺牲阳极上增加隔热垫层等可行的优化方案。最终达到了合理优化海底管道阴极保护的目的,为后续海洋开发、海底管道的阴极保护、降低项目总开发成本提供了借鉴。

Sacrificial anode protection is an economic protection method in offshore oil engineering.This paper introduces the design method,the calculation method and the principle of cathodic protection for subsea pipelines in the offshore oil engineering.Through researching related actual projects,the optimization of current density,temperature distribution calculation and anode arrangement,etc.in the design process of subsea pipeline cathodic protection are discussed,which are useful for subsequent anticorrosion protection of subsea pipelines,offshore exploitation and reduction of project total-life cycle cost.
