摘要 针对柴油加氢装置反应流出物系统高压换热器存在的铵盐结晶与腐蚀问题,将高压空冷器前两路注水调整为在高压换热器前进行连续注水的方式,考察了换热器系统的温度变化情况,同时对低分含硫污水进行了化验分析,提出了注水优化措施与进一步腐蚀控制的建议。 In view of ammonium salt crystallization and corrosion in high-pressure heat exchanger of reaction effluent system in diesel hydrogenation unit,two lines of water injection before high-pressure air cooler were adjusted to continuous water injection before high-pressure heat exchanger.The temperature change of heat exchanger was investigated,and the sulfur-contained waste water of low-pressure separator was analyzed.The optimization measures of water injection and suggestions of corrosion control were proposed.
