摘要
为解决水性防腐涂料交联密度低、容易闪锈、耐化学介质性能差的问题,研制了一种高性能的水性环氧防腐涂料。研究了环氧树脂和氨基树脂类型、颜基比以及防闪锈剂对水性环氧防腐涂料性能的影响。结果表明,选择水性环氧乳液(EPIKOTE 3540-WY-55)与水性环氧乳液(CTW-6062)混合使用,以氨基树脂(CYMEL 303)为固化剂,颜基比为0.6,以EMADOX~? 2K HE作为防闪锈剂,所制备的水性环氧防腐涂料的性能最佳。通过各项性能测试发现,该涂料具有低VOC含量、防锈性好、优异的耐化学品性能及其他物理机械性能。
In order to solve the problems of low crosslinking density,flash rust and poor chemical resistance of waterborne anticorrosive coatings,a high performance waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coating is developed.The effects of various proportions of emulsion,curing agent,pigment/binder ratio and flash rust prevention agent on the properties of coatings are emphatically investigated.The result shows that the waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coatings have optimal properties when using waterborne epoxy resin(EPIKOTE 3540-WY-55)and waterborne epoxy resin(CTW-6062)as the mixed resin,using CYMEL 303 as curing agent,controlling the pigment/binder ratio at 0.6 and using EMADOX®2K HE as flash rust prevention agent.Through various performance tests,it is found that the prepared coatings have low VOC content,good anticorrosion,excellent chemical resistance and other physical and mechanical properties.
