牵引传动实验室能源管理系统的开发和应用

摘要 为了实现对牵引传动实验室各支路和设备用能的集中监控和展示,同时为管理人员在重点设备性能分析、故障排查、节能调控等方面提供数据支持,文章开发了一套牵引传动实验室能源管理系统。该系统在硬件上有针对性地选用不同型号的采集卡,并引入无线数传电台E90-DTU,有效地解决了牵引传动实验室电压等级跨度大、功率高、覆盖区域面广的难题。在程序设计上,引入分层开发模式和SQL Server数据库,有效地解决了不同采集卡、不同采集点数据更新不一致及数据稳定性难以保证的问题;系统上位机基于LabVIEW平台开发,能够快速地完成数据分析和展示界面的设计。实际应用效果表明,该系统能够可靠地实现对实验室能源数据的监控和分析,为能源的合理利用及分配提供有力的依据。 In order to monitor and display energy consumptions of each branch and equipment in a traction drive laboratory,and provide data supports for a management personnel in the performance analysis,troubleshooting,energy-saving regulation and other aspects of key equipments,a traction drive laboratory energy management system was developed.The system chooses various types and aperture of acquisition card,and introduces wireless data transmission radio E90-DTU,which effectively solve the problems of large voltage level span,high power and wide coverage area in the traction drive laboratory.The system adopts the layered development mode and SQL Server database,which effectively solve the problems of inconsistent data update,hardness to ensure the stability of data transmission between different acquisition cards and collection points.Based on LabVIEW platform,the host computer can completes the design of data analysis and display of interface quickly.Practical application results show that the system can monitor and analyze the laboratory energy data reliably,and provide sufficient evidences for the rational utilization and distribution of energy.
