摘要
信息化科学技术不断更新迭代,自动化技术作为新时代科学发展的新兴产业技术,在汽车机械制造中发挥着至关重要的作用,同时,亦是汽车产业结构转型升级的关键所在,亦是衡量评价社会经济高质量发展水平的重要价值评判依据。因此,在实践生产进程中汽车制造企业应根据自身发展特点及实际现状融入自动化"创新技术",因此,如何构筑系统的自动化汽车机械制造技术体系是当前所研究的重点。鉴于此,通过阐述自动化技术基本概念及优势分析基础上,从自主化应用、智能化应用及集成化应用三方面入手,最终形成了"创新应用-融合发展"产业结构体系。
Informatization science and technology are constantly updated and iterated.As a new industrial technology that is scientifically developed in the new era,automation technology plays a vital role in automobile machinery manufacturing.At the same time,it is also the key to the structural transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry,and an important value judgment basis for measuring and evaluating the level of high-quality social and economic development.Therefore,in the process of practical production,automobile manufacturing companies should incorporate automation"innovative technology"according to their own development characteristics and actual status quo.Therefore,how to build a systematic automated automobile machinery manufacturing technology system is the focus of current research.In view of this,by expounding the basic concepts and advantages of automation technology,starting from three aspects:independent application,intelligent application and integrated application,the industrial structure system of"innovative application-integrated development"is finally formed.
