摘要
针对目前现代学徒制在开展中面临的人员受时间、空间限制的主要问题,"互联网+现代学徒制"在实践教学过程中通过网络可视化移动端设备建立在校学生与企业一线技术人员的长久师徒关系,以在建项目的各阶段建设重点为核心,利用网络移动端的可视化手段,建成校企同堂的远程实景课堂,依托师傅的现场工作全过程,系统全面的教授专业知识和工作经验,具有很强的代入感,深化了对专业知识点的认知,提高了学习兴趣降低了学校和企业培养人员的成本。
In view of the main problems that the current modern apprenticeship is facing in the development of personnel limited by time and space,the“Internet+modern apprenticeship”is established in the course of practical teaching through network visualization mobile devices to establish a long-term mentor-apprentice relationship between school students and front-line technical personnel of the enterprise,with the focus of each stage of the project under construction as the core,using the visualization methods of the network mobile terminal to build a remote real-world classroom in the same school and enterprise,relying on the whole process of the master's on-site work,and to systematically teach professional knowledge and work experience,which has a strong sense of substitution,deepens the cognition of professional knowledge points,increases the interest in learning and reduces the cost of training personnel in schools and enterprises.
