扩招背景下校企合作人才培养模式改进与探究

Improvement and Exploration of Talent Training Mode of School Enterprise Cooperation under the Background of Enrollment Expansion

在2019年的"两会"期间,高职扩招作为一项国家战略由李克强总理提出,这项战略的目的在于加快职业教育发展,为我国社会提供高素质劳动者与技术技能型人才,关系着我国未来的国家竞争力。在现有的职业教育模式下,校企合作已取得一定的成果,可作为扩招背景下高职学校培育人才的一种方式。为探究扩招背景下校企合作人才培养模式改进方法,本文针对常规的校企合作人才培养模式进行分析,并提出相应的改进策略,旨在为读者提供思路。

During the“two sessions”in 2019,higher vocational enrollment expansion as a national strategy was proposed by Premier Li Keqiang.The purpose of this strategy is to accelerate the development of vocational education and provide high-quality workers and skilled talents for our society,which is related to China's future national competitiveness.Under the existing vocational education mode,school enterprise cooperation has achieved certain results,which can be used to cultivate talents in Higher Vocational Schools under the background of enrollment expansion.To explore the improvement methods of talent training mode of school enterprise cooperation under the background of enrollment expansion,this paper analyzes the conventional talent training mode of school enterprise cooperation,and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies,aiming to provide ideas for readers.
