本文以解决某款新车型正向设计轮罩在车辆在综合耐久路试过程中出现了前轮胎和轮罩干涉的现象对轮胎与轮罩间隙设计的因素进行研究分析,增加了新的轮胎包络工况明确了轮胎和轮罩的预留间隙值。

This article aims to solve the problem of interference between the front tire and the wheel cover during the comprehensive endurance road test of a new model of forward design wheel cover,and analyzes the factors of the tire and wheel cover clearance design,and adds a new tire envelope condition,and clarifies the reserved clearance value of the tire and wheel cover.
