摘要
熔喷布的质量对病毒预防功能的有效发挥至关重要。针对熔喷布生产过程中生产效率低、安装难度大、调节不方便等问题,本文设计了一种可调节的熔喷模头,熔喷模头主要由侧板、喷丝板、导风板、底板、风道调节块、热电偶以及连接件组成。在对气道及侧板结构工作原理进行分析研究的基础上,通过熔喷生产线上试验,结果表明:生产的熔喷布厚度均匀,产量提高了10%;在静电驻极处理后,经专业测试机测试,过滤效率达到95%以上,改进效果显著。
The quality of meltblown cloth is very important to the effective function of virus prevention.Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency,difficulty in installation,and inconvenient adjustment during the production of meltblown cloth,this paper designs an adjustable meltblown die head.The meltblown die head is mainly composed of side plates,spinnerets,and air guides,bottom plate,air duct adjustment block,thermocouple and connecting parts.Based on the analysis and research on the working principle of the air passage and side plate structure,through the meltblown production line test,the results show that the thickness of the meltblown cloth produced is uniform,and the output is increased by 10%;after the electrostatic electret treatment,the professional tested by the testing machine,the filtration efficiency is over 95%,and the improvement effect is remarkable.
