摘要
贵州丹寨铅锌矿中铅、锌品位分别为0.69%、11.04%,并伴生镉、锗及镓等有益组分。为了实现资源的高效开发利用,进行了铅锌及其伴生有益组成回收试验,并对铅锌尾矿中大量的石英进行了回收试验。结果表明,以硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠为锌矿物组合抑制剂、25号黑药+乙硫氮为铅组合捕收剂,采用“抑锌浮铅”流程,实现了方铅矿与闪锌矿的有效分离,获得了高品位铅精矿;铅尾矿采用活化浮锌流程,实现了锌的高效回收,镉、锗、镓等元素高效富集在锌精矿中;在强酸性环境下,采用无氟反浮选工艺流程从铅锌尾矿中获得了平板玻璃原料级石英精矿。试验高效回收了矿石中的铅锌等金属元素及石英,实现了资源的高效化利用和尾矿的减量化。
The grade of lead and zinc in a lead-zinc mine in Danzhai of Guizhou is 0.69%and 11.04%,respectively,accompanied with beneficial components,such as cadmium,germanium and gallium.In order to realize the high efficient exploitation and utilization of resources,the recovery tests of lead and zinc and its associated beneficial components were conducted,and the recovery test of a large amount of quartz in lead and zinc tailings were carried out.The results showed that the effective separation of galena and sphalerite was achieved by zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite as zinc mineral combination inhibitor,number 25 aerofloat and ethyl sulphur nitrogen as lead combined collector,and the flow of"zinc flotation lead inhibition"was adopted to obtain high grade lead concentrate.Activated zinc flotation process was adopted for lead tailings to realize efficient recovery of zinc,and cadmium,germanium and gallium were highly enriched in zinc concentrate.Quartz concentrate of plate glass raw material grade was obtained from lead-zinc tailings by fluorine-free reverse flotation process under strong acidic environment.The metal elements such as lead and zinc and quartz in the ore were recovered efficiently in the test,which realized the efficient utilization of resources and reduction of tailings.
