哈尔乌素露天矿无人驾驶方案研究 被引量:14

摘要 为适应当前露天矿无人驾驶发展趋势,将现代智能控制和通讯技术应用到露天采矿作业过程中,以哈尔乌素露天矿为研究对象,结合现阶段无人驾驶系统的作业组织模型,采用文献研究、定性分析等方法,分析了无人驾驶系统研究的必要性及重要意义,研究了哈尔乌素露天矿无人驾驶建设内容及无人驾驶技术方案。结合现阶段露天矿无人驾驶研究情况及哈尔乌素露天矿生产实际,对改造一台套无人驾驶系统进行投资估算和效果预测。结果表明,按照无人驾驶系统生产效率提高约10%估算,哈尔乌素露天矿无人驾驶技术带来的经济效益将超过百万元。 In order to adapt to the current development trend of unmanned driving in open-pit coal mine,modern intelligent control and communication technologies are applied to open-pit mining operations.Taking Haerwusu Open-pit Mine as the research object,combined with the operation organization model of the driverless system at present stage,and adopted literature research,qualitative analysis and other methods have analyzed the necessity and significance of driverless system research.The construction content and technical scheme of driverless system in Haerwusu Open-pit Mine were studied.Combining with the research situation of driverless in open-pit mine at present stage and the production practice of Haerwusu open-pit mine,the investment estimation and effect prediction of a set of driverless system reconstructed in halwusu were carried out.The results show that the economic benefits brought by the driverless technology of the Harwusu Open-pit Mine will exceed one million yuan based on an estimate of an increase in the production efficiency of the driverless by about 10%.
